2020 Vision

Hindsight is 2020, literally.

Cold War Provisioning Now Relevant Again

What was that all about anyway? I mean who woke up on New Years Day 2020 mindful there would be a pandemic, rioting in the streets, Seattle downtown destroyed and abandoned, food shortages and more people passing away daily due to disease than we thought possible in the modern era?

Not me.

Exhausted at the end of the day December 31, I wandered into my studio and just started talking about personal experiences of the past year, unscripted. If I had to use one term to sum it up”Harsh” comes to mind.

  1. Hey Pete! Right you are. Now I’m really depressed, but with more of a Canadian flavour, so probably the world for me is not quite so grim.I wish you as happy a new year, as possible, under the circumstances. xo cousin Stephanie

  2. Blade Runner is set in November 2019 LA. So, almost exactly when the pandemic began, supplanting life as we know it.
