The third Presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton featured a statement by Mr. Trump he might not accept the results of the election. This has happened before.
Shortly before Abraham Lincoln was inaugurated President in March 1861 the states who did not agree with his policy on slavery voted to leave. Fort Sumter was fired upon weeks later, April 12, 1861.
As many as 750,000 soldiers died in the combat that followed the results of the Election of 1860, which some did not accept.
Those are the sorts of bones Mr. Trump are tossing around these days, for ratings I presume. This is not a reality TV show Mr. Trump.
This is reality.
