Far too many years have passed of mandatory mediation. Judgment as to the discretionary bent of our local bench has dulled. Gone are the days of the members of our crew being tested in battle every other week, honing skills, improving experience, and ultimately better lawyering.
Star Fleet has determined the sword must be sharpened. And so we venture forth, to explore untested theories, again cross examine the spouse and divide the property and the children. To boldly go where a younger generation of lawyers have not gone before!
